We believe you should print something you'll be happy with. Our automatic basic preflight check alerts you to errors that might affect your final result. Remember, with an automatic check, your artwork still needs to be print-ready.

If an error can be automatically fixed, we'll process your order. For instance, if you supply an <a href="/blog/paper-size-guide" class="internal-link text-[#007756] hover:text-[#005d42] underline font-medium">A4</a> <a href="https://www.printulu.co.za/product/flyers" class="internal-link text-[#007756] hover:text-[#005d42] underline font-medium">flyer</a> but order A5 flyers, we can automatically resize it to A5. Proof Options#

Photos and a plant

We're different, and here's the catch with our streamlined system. To get a proof, place your whole printing order. Then add another line item/product but select a quantity of one. Upload artwork only to the single-quantity product. Don't upload artwork to the main order – simple as that. Read about when to order a proof here.

Delivery#

Specific delivery dates are shown on the website based on the service you choose. This assumes you supply print-ready artwork and proof of payment before 12pm. We suggest adding a day or two extra for potential artwork problems.

The system runs mostly automatically. To provide efficiency for everyone, we stick to our timeframes.

We offer a paper booklet for clients unsure about different print options. We try to keep these in stock, but they sell quickly. You'll need to check availability beforehand.

Email Updates#

You get email updates from order placement to delivery day. Transparency drives our online printing platform. These emails help you track your order's progress, giving you peace of mind and saving time.
