There are three major hurdles that we face repeatedly with our clients. Let's clear the air so no misunderstandings can affect our relationship with you again. (After all, communication is key in all relationships, _wink wink_)
1. Multiple artworks uploaded to a single order#
We're still seeing confusion around this issue. Let's use Bob as an example.
Bob wants to order five posters, but each has a different design. What Bob needs to do is place one order with 5 separate <a href="https://www.printulu.co.za/product/posters?utm_source=blog&utm_medium=content&utm_campaign=internal" class="internal-link text-[#007756] hover:text-[#005d42] underline font-medium">poster</a> inputs. This is because our system loads one artwork per product item so there are no mix-ups on our side. Printulu handles hundreds of orders each day, so this is the most effective way to make sure nothing unwanted happens during production.
2. Multiple email addresses linked to one order#
When you place an order with a specific email address, we use that email address to track your order. All communication with us is linked to that one email thread so we never miss a thing! Even if you have two email addresses, please use only one dedicated address when you communicate with our friendly customer care agents. This avoids miscommunication and frustration. 3. Uncertainty about online shopping pricing updates#
It's been a challenging year – to say the least – for most businesses across the globe. Printulu is no exception. Although we've maintained our standard of excellent service and product quality throughout the pandemic, we've had to make a few changes throughout the year. This includes pricing updates to ensure we're not incurring a loss with any of our products. This is normal but has been even more necessary during 2020.
We never simply update our prices out of the blue – we always notify our customers beforehand to give you the best opportunity to order before the increase. To receive these updates, you need to be subscribed to our newsletter.
We have over 3000 subscribers already – all successful business owners and entrepreneurs – who stay in the loop with Printulu.
