How long does Printulu delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location. Gauteng (Johannesburg, Pretoria) receives orders in 2-3 business days. Other major cities take 3-4 business days. Remote areas may take 4-5 business days. Production time (1-3 business days) is additional.
Is delivery free?
Yes! Free delivery on all orders over R500 within South Africa. Orders under R500 have a flat delivery fee of R99.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your Printulu account and viewing your order history.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Standard delivery is Monday to Friday. Weekend delivery is not available for standard shipping. Rush orders may have weekend delivery options - contact support for details.
What if my order is delayed?
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, contact our support team with your order number. We will investigate and keep you updated on the status.
International Delivery
Currently, Printulu only delivers within South Africa. For international orders, please contact our support team to discuss custom shipping arrangements. We may be able to arrange delivery to neighboring countries on a case-by-case basis.
