Signage Companies: Which Signage Company Can You Use To Install Your Chromadek Boards?

I recently had to get our beautiful new Chromadek Boards installed near our offices in Rosebank. And nearly got hit by a car.

Okay, so maybe I'm being a little dramatic. But let's be clear – my profession is to design the signs, not install them. When I tried to scout the spot the signs would go up on, I stepped a little too far into the street and nearly gave my coworker a heart attack.

Johannesburg is South Africa's largest city and business hub. Drive into Jo'burg and the first thing you'll notice is all the signage everywhere. Besides The Installation Team that I used, I found two more signage companies with excellent reviews.

1. SignForce#

Kew, Johannesburg.

SignForce is an established company with years of experience. I got hold of them by calling, and their customer service was fantastic. They offered to survey the space before quoting, which is always a bonus – it's good to know you're being treated as a unique case, not just another job number.

2. A-Lite Signs#

Robertsham, Johannesburg.

If you've got a large-scale project, especially external signage and pylon signage, you'll need a bigger company with the manpower to handle it. A-Lite Signs was a founding member of The South African National Sign Association, and they've got the experience and staff to help with any questions or projects. The customer service was friendly when I called them. The only downside? They're quite busy, so turnaround times might be slightly longer.

The Jacaranda City is South Africa's administrative capital and has loads of reliable sign contractors – great news for companies that call it home! Here are two Pretoria companies I found that were helpful and responded quickly.
